About
An Australian consultancy for the joins between your systems.
Digital Hub works where strategy, systems and operations meet: connecting customer acquisition, delivery, data and AI so businesses can grow without adding administrative weight. We are deliberately platform-independent - the architecture decides the platform, not the other way around.
At a glance
- Focus
- AI and automation, CRM, ERP, and system integration.
- Platforms
- GoHighLevel, Zoho and Odoo, selected by fit rather than preference.
- Market
- Australian businesses in manufacturing, construction, professional services and distribution.
How we work
Five principles that shape every engagement.
01Outcome first, platform second
We agree the commercial result and the process change before discussing software. A platform recommendation made before that is a guess with a licence attached.
02Architecture over accumulation
Most system pain comes from decisions never made: which system owns which data, and where each process ends. We make those decisions explicit and document them.
03Automate the stable, redesign the rest
Automation applied to an unclear process just produces confusion faster. We stabilise the process, then remove the manual movement of information.
04Evidence over assertion
We measure against the current baseline and report what changed. Where we have no proof, we say so rather than borrowing someone else's numbers.
05Built to be handed over
We design builds to be documented and maintainable, so the mappings, runbooks and configuration make sense to whoever picks them up next.
Methodology
Discover, analyse, design, implement, automate, optimise.
Six stages, each with defined outputs. Nothing is automated before the underlying process is understood and agreed.
01
Discover
Trace how work, information and money actually move - including the manual steps.
02
Analyse
Identify constraints, duplicated effort, data ownership gaps and reporting conflicts.
03
Design
Target operating model, system boundaries, integration contracts and a sequenced plan.
04
Implement
Configure, integrate, migrate and test with real data and real users.
05
Automate
Remove repetitive work once the process is stable and the data is trustworthy.
06
Optimise
Review usage and exceptions, then prioritise the next highest-value change.
Proof position
We would rather be credible than impressive.
Published proof will appear here when clients agree to it being published. Until then, judge us on method, not marketing.
What we claim
Only what is verifiable
- Capability across AI, automation, CRM, ERP and integration
- A documented delivery methodology with defined outputs
- Platform selection by fit across GoHighLevel, Zoho and Odoo
- Australian-based consulting and implementation
- Documentation and handover built into the approach
What is not here yet
Deliberately absent
- Client logos, testimonials and named case studies
- Percentage improvement claims and benchmark statistics
- Vendor partnership, accreditation or award badges
- Team size or years-in-market figures
- Anything we cannot evidence on request
How to assess us
Five questions to ask any consultancy, including us.
Buying transformation advice is hard to evaluate from a website. These are the questions worth asking before you commit - of us or of anyone else on your shortlist.
| Ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Ask for the delivery method in writing | Any consultancy should be able to show its phases, outputs and acceptance criteria before you commit. Ours are published on the How We Work page. |
| Ask who will actually do the work | Find out who leads the engagement, who builds it, and how continuity is maintained between sales, design and delivery. |
| Ask how data migration will be tested | Rehearsed loads with reconciliation output are the difference between discovering data defects in a build environment and discovering them at cutover. |
| Ask what they would not recommend | A consultancy that recommends the same platform to everyone is selling a licence. We will tell you when a platform is the wrong fit or when the project should not proceed. |
| Ask what happens at handover | Clarify where the configuration lives, what documentation you receive, and whether another team could maintain the build afterwards. |
About Digital Hub - common questions
- Where is Digital Hub based?
- We are an Australian consultancy working with Australian businesses. Engagements run remotely with on-site work where discovery, UAT or floor-level process mapping genuinely needs people in the room.
- Are you a reseller or an official partner of Zoho, Odoo or GoHighLevel?
- We work across all three and select by fit. We do not publish partner, certification or award claims on this site. If a formal status applies to your engagement, it will be stated in writing in the proposal rather than implied in marketing.
- Why are there no client logos or case studies on the site?
- Because we will not publish client evidence without written permission and verifiable numbers. Case studies will appear here when clients agree to them. Until then you can assess us on our methodology and the written scope we put in front of you.
- How do engagements usually start?
- With a consultation, followed by a discovery stage sized to the project. Discovery typically produces a documented current state, a target operating model and a phase plan, so the direction is agreed before build work begins.
