Services
Strategy, delivery and ongoing ownership from the same team.
Most system disappointment happens in the gaps between advisers, implementers and support. We work across the whole lifecycle - architecture through implementation, migration, integration and optimisation - so accountability does not change hands at the hardest moments.
At a glance
- Engagement types
- Advisory, implementation, migration, integration and managed support.
- How we scope
- Defined outputs and acceptance criteria agreed before work starts.
- Independence
- Platform recommendations follow the architecture, not a vendor arrangement.
What we do
Five ways to engage us.
Most clients start with one and add others as the programme matures. None of them require the next.
Advisory and architecture
Operating model, systems architecture and roadmap work for leadership teams deciding what to change and in what order.
Implementation services
Configuring, building and releasing CRM, ERP and automation into production with testing, training and a documented cutover.
Data migration
Moving customers, transactions, stock and history into a new system with reconciliation you can evidence to finance.
System integration
Connecting platforms with defined data ownership, contracts and error handling so information stops being rekeyed.
Managed support and optimisation
Ongoing ownership after go-live: support, monitoring, small changes and a prioritised improvement backlog.
Methodology
The same six stages, whatever the engagement.
01
Discover
Trace how work, information and money move today, including the manual steps.
02
Analyse
Locate the constraints and quantify them against your own baseline.
03
Design
Target operating model, system boundaries, integration contracts and sequencing.
04
Implement
Configure, integrate, migrate and test with real data and real users.
05
Automate
Remove repetitive work once the process is stable and the data is trusted.
06
Optimise
Review usage and exceptions, then prioritise the next highest-value change.
How we work
Four commitments.
01One team across the lifecycle
The people who design the architecture are the people who implement it. Nothing is thrown over a wall to a separate delivery group.
02Fixed scope, defined outputs
Each engagement states what you receive and what constitutes done. Scope changes are decisions, not surprises on an invoice.
03You own everything we build
Licences, environments, credentials and documentation live in your accounts. Leaving us should never break anything.
04No obligation to continue
Advisory can end at the roadmap. Implementation can end at go-live. Managed support is optional and cancellable.
Not sure which engagement you need?
Describe the situation and we will tell you the smallest piece of work that would move it forward.
